So, as Download confirms bands that make it look more like Monsters of Rock from the 80's... Sonisphere looks like a good punt instead.

And! - just popped up on the radar... Sonisphere Poland are putting on a gig on Wed 16th June with - on the same bill / same day - Metallica, Megadeth, Slayer and Anthrax.

Sonisphere UK (Knebworth, 30 July - 1 Aug) already have Maiden, Rammstein, Alice Cooper, Motley Crue, Iggy & The Stooges, The Cult plus Slayer & Anthrax confirmed.

BOGOF - if you buy a weekend ticket for Sonisphere UK, they'll give you a ticket for the Sonisphere Poland gig. 'Give' as in it's Free of Charge. For any tickets bought up to 31st Dec 2009.

(T & C NB - it's non-transferable so you can't put the Poland ticket up on Ebay!)
